Customer Service Advisor
As the first point of contact, you will be in charge of offering customers warm, attentive and efficient assistance by performing the following tasks
- Greet customers warmly, guide them in their choices and answer their questions, complete the billing and payment, give them the items for their stay at the spa, advise them on the products for sale at our boutique.
- Answer calls, inform clients about packages, promotions and treatments, take reservations in our system, maximize the scheduling of appointments, optimize sales of treatments and gift certificates, confirm therapist appointments.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the facilities by making site visits, ensure that clients respect the conditions of the site, perform water tests, and close the facilities in the evening.
You are bilingual and have experience in customer service. You have excellent communication skills and are naturally dedicated and smiling. Your availability also includes evenings and weekends.
